The show will be postponed until June 2021. Visit www.britishmotorcarsinbristol.com for more information. There will be a scenic, socially distant drive on Saturday September 26th. We plan on gathering at 6:00pm, any drives or rallies will begin about 6:45pm. When there is a driving event planned we will send email notifications and post them on the website. For driving events we will post a description of the event and the ending location, so club members that don't participate in the event can catchup with the group afterward. -- CANCELED BMCNE Monthly Meeting Chelo's Hometown Bar This month's monthly meeting has been canceled. -- Postponed to a later date BMCNE's 9th Annual Spring British Motoring Tour (AKA: Rick's Ride) Comfort Lane, Dartmouth, MA Due to the unpredictable nature of the Coronavirus, we will be postponing the BMCNE 9th Annual British Motoring Tour (Rick's Ride). We hope to reschedule the ride to a later, safer date. Stay healthy and we hope to see you on the road enjoying your BLCs soon! British Motor Cars of New England's 9th Annual Spring British Motoring Tour (AKA: Rick's Ride) along the back roads of the Massachusetts South Coast and Rhode Island East Bay region. We meet up right off I-195 at Exit 12 (see directions below) at Faunce Corner Crossing on Comfort Lane in Dartmouth, MA. There are a couple of parking lots right behind the Mobil station and the McDonalds Restaurant on Faunce Corner Road, adjacent to the Kia dealership, just look for the British iron! The route we'll follow will be about 80 miles, stopping at Sakonnet Point, Westport Rivers Winery, Buzzard's Bay Micro Brewery, and ending at Gray's Ice Cream in Tiverton, RI. If you cannot join us for the entire run, you can meet us for any portion of the run that fits your schedule. . . or just show up at the start to kibitz. There is NO CHARGE to join us for the group drive. Remember that we're just a group of friends out for a drive, and by joining with us, you assume responsibility for your own actions. -- Do you have an idea for a Socially Distanced Ride? Social distancing doesn't mean we can't enjoy a good ride! If you have an idea for a ride or just want to enjoy your LBC with fellow British car enthusiasts, let us know. We can help you plan a ride that follows the CDC's social distancing policies. It can be as simple as a ride in the country, searching for fun winding roads, a run to the a scenic area or a socially distanced ice cream run.
